They’re great for year-round hunting, since the state of Texas doesn’t specify a season for Fallow Deer like they do Whitetail. You can hunt Fallow Deer any day of the year in Texas, and not only do they taste amazing—they also have unique and beautiful racks that make a great addition to any hunter’s collection.

Our mature bucks have wide racks that make for impressive breeding. We source deer for exotic animal farms and ranches around the country, and our deer are always raised with the utmost care, producing healthy animals with strong bloodlines.

Some people just love seeing a majestic Fallow Deer when they look out their kitchen window, and we don’t blame them—we’re pretty fond of that, too! We’ve had plenty of people purchase our deer simply to can keep them on their property. Bent Tree Ranch’s deer are raised around our family, so they’re not overly skittish, and they make a beautiful addition to any property.

Our Fallow Deer produce some of the best venison you’ll ever eat. If you want a fresh supply of venison but don’t want to hunt, you can purchase one of our Fallow Deer to stock your freezer. You can choose whichever deer you want, but we recommend buying a doe—there’s no point in wasting those beautiful antlers!
