Our herd of more than 600 Fallow Deer is grain fed, grass-grazed, and farm raised, and when you make your selection of deer from our ranch, you’ll see firsthand the quality of our animals. They’re free to roam our nearly 250 acres, and because they live “the good life” and aren’t under stress, they produce higher-quality, fork-tender meat—so your precious, well-earned game won’t end up chicken-fried.
